     the Second Polling Division of the said Third District of

     said, cause a Poll to be opened at or near BENJANIN Woon-

     The first Polling Division shall com rise and include 
     
     Township number Fourteen, and the Pol shall be held at 
     
     or near the Catholic Chapel, on the said Township; the 
     
     Second Polling Division shall comprise and include Town- 
     
     ship numbcr Fifteen, and that part of Township number 
     
     Sixteen west of Ellis River, and the Poll shall be held at 
     
     Joseph Arsneaux’s, Abraham’s Village; the Third Polling 
     
     Division shall comprise and include all that part of Town- 
     
     ship number Sixteen east of Ellis River, and the Poll shall 
     
     be held at or near James Lyle‘s, on said Township; and the 
     
     Fourth Polling Division shall comprise and include Prince- 
     
     town and Royalty,and Township number .l'iightccn, and the 
     
     several Islands in Richmond Bin , and the Poll shall be held 
     
     at or near Benjamin W oodside’s, in the said County of
