If you are already covered by a medical plan, other than Provincial Medicare, you may withdraw from the Student Medical Plan. Immediately after registration day you may pick up your refund at the Student Union Office located on the first floor of the Student Union Building. You will need: — your updated student card or a receipt from the University — proof of another medical plan. If you are receiving a student loan do not wait until the loan has been processed be- fore applying for the Student Medical Plan rebate. Students interested in a family medical plan can get further information from the Student Union Office before the end of September. STUDENT MEDICAL PLAN RE- BATES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL THE END OF SEPTEMBER. Student Medical Plan cards will be available mid-November in the Student Union office.
