To Be or not to be That’s Tara’s question Vote Tara for Arts Rep. Sci-Fi Society On Friday, October 13, the U.P.EI. Science Fiction Society held its first meeting of the year. We were rather disappointed at the low turn out after all of our advertising across campus. We held our executive elections despite the small numbers and elected James Kirk as president, Mr. Spock as vice-president, and Minnie Mouse as secretary/treasurer. Next week, we plan to start preparations for the W.X.Y.Z. conference to be held on Mars. There may still be some openings so if you are interested, come to the next meeting and sign up. We are not sure of the room yet, so keep a watch out for posters. Of course, we are always looking for new members who are interested in Science Fiction, especially Trekies, so if you fit that category, join us at the next meeting. I.8.A.
