PATRICK WOODS There passed peacefully away _at his home in Emyvsle on July 20th, an old and respected citizen in the per- son of Mr. Patrick Woods. Deceased who was in his 78th year enjoyed his usual good health until about a week before his death. when he was 'strick- en with peritonitis. All that medical aid could do was of no avail, and on 'Saturday morning, strengthened by the last sacraments of the _Catholic Church his spirit took its night to God. His luneral, which was a very large one, took place on Sunday afternoon to St. Ann's Church. Lot 65, where the services were performed by Rev. Dr. Curran. alter which the mortal remains were laid to rest in the ad- joining cemetery. He leaves to mourn, beatles a sor- rowing widow, seven daughters and two sons.
