Two male and two female attendants to have special training in nursing and caring for the sick and in the administration of medicine, keeping record of cases with state of pulse, temperature etc. In the building the following changes and improvements are neces- sary: An improved or remodeled heating system should be put in and fires kept up during the night so as to give a guiiicient and equable heat in the rooms and corridors, in connection with which a record of the tempera- ture should be kept. A large part of the present single floors and ceilings, being saturated with the slops and excretions spilled in the rooms, need to be removed and tight double floors and new plastering of the ceilings supplied.
