Poles shall be of spruce or nr, straight and
sound.
Lumber, except where specihed, shall be spruce
or hemlock, all square edged and sown to the exact
size speciiied, perfectly sound and free from wane
and shakes.
All Poles shall be delivered on or before the
30th day of April, 1934.
All othermaterial shall be delivered on or be-
fore the 15th day of May, 1934.
Parties tendering shall submit a price PER
CORD for poles, a price EACH for piles and post;
a price per M. B. M. for sown lumber and‘a price
per CUBIC YARD for held stone.
All material min be esretully inspected and
measured before delivery is taken by the Departs
ment or payment made.
The Department does not bind itself to accept
the lowest or any tender. .
