He was introduced, unintent— ionaly, by D. Frank Sigsworth a part time lecteuror in the . Political Science Department. After five minutes of c0nfusion,in which, the who; le Department looked very unorganized, Mr. Campbell got on with his discussion, which was based, primarily, on the 'Developement Plan'. The Premiethad a few very interesting points to make. One point was, to fully und- erstand the Comprehensive Developement Plan, one would have to be a member of the present government. The fact ‘that one has to be a govern— ment member to understand the plan, is based upon the presumption that the common people of P.E.I. do not know the reasons it is being impl- emented. It appeared that he was making subtle reference :to the Waythe media, so cou- ragously, backed the farmers in thier bid to save the 'Island' from Corporate Farms. On the whole he Was as -'Spit and Polished' as ever, except for one brief moment when a student asked him a specific question about the Department of Fisheries. Here he tried to hand the Government without success, finaly he consented to the fact that, possibly he does not know everything that goes on in the depths of his will find that staying at MONTY HALL would be con— venient due to its close proximity to their Home Ec classes at Holland College.
