At the some time the Cormnis- sion told Johnston to submit his charges of "violation of the rules, laws and regulations governing championship matches" against referee Eddie Joseph, and then the Commission would hold a hearing on the allegations. John- ston already had fcrlvardcd the charges to the Corrmission in a telegram lsst Saturday. Johnston contended that Simon regained his feet before "10" and therefore should have been per- mitted to continue. 01-1, THIS ? wl-lv, we WENT PICKIM‘ BUT w1=_ FOUND ‘rt-us 01.0 lizou, / ‘. ,.. l \\ \ iiilihlhhllili I.
