SOPHOMORE MARGIE CAIN a tea and a cocktail party as well as interviews to enable the judges to meet and evaluate each girl in- dividually. The judges for the event are: Dr. Harry Callaghan, Brig. Al Rogers and Jeannie Rodd. Their final selection will be handed in a sealed envelope to Bill MacIntyre, Carnival Co—chairman, who will then announce the winner and Queen of Carnival '74.
