     Rodd. Their final selection 
     
     will be handed in a sealed 
     
     envelope to Bill MacIntyre, 
     
     Carnival Co—chairman, who 
     
     will then announce the 
     
     winner and Queen of Carnival 
     
     '74. The Carnival Ball on 
     
     Saturday, February 9th will 
     
     be the scene for the ann- 
     
     ouncement and subsequent
