The PEI Disabled Students Association is helping to open doors to education for the phys- ically challenged. First, it will give professors more _ visibility and challenge for providing post— secondary education to the dis- abled. Second, it will assist dis- abled students to make profes- sors aware of their needs. More importantly, students will be ex- pected to work with the profes- sors to find ways of meeting those needs. By forming such an associa- tion, Campbell hopes that prob- lems facing the disabled will be identified. UPEI Theatre Society Rehearsing for Major Production Rehearsal for the Theatre Society’s major production this year are in full swing. The play, The Beauz’ Strategem, by George Far- guahar, is a rolicking 18th century comedy with so much action and hilarity that even the rehearsals are a joy to attend. The culmina- tion of all this fun and hard work is sure to be a theatrical experi- ence not to be missed! With the talents of some of UPEI’s finest thespians, both students and faculty, and innovative directing of Greg Winkfield — a newcomer‘on the Island Theatre scene who is already making great waves — the show promises to be delightful. The Beauz’ Strategem will be on stage from the 8th to the 11th of March inclusive at the Mackenzie Bldg. Watch this publication for more information.
