Considering thc very cold weather and
heavy roads the 'attendance was fairly
good, nine Subordinate Divisions being
represented. The reports of the deleg-
ates were very favorable, the divisions
being in a. more healthful condition than
for some time past.
The fraternal visits' for the quarter were
arranged by a special committee and due
notice to each Division will be sent by the
District Scribe. -

the ollicial circular sent to Subordinate
Divisions, by the Most Worthy Patriarch,
all the opinion being in favor of a. hearty
response to the M. W: P. request by the

Kingston Star Divisions, but on motion
was left to the executive. The session
closed at 6.30. A grand public meeting
was held at night, the program being as
