by Debbie Dinelle ' Well, Fall Fest is here and gone. I hope everyone that participated had a lot of fun. The afternoon events weren't well attended bUt every- one there seemed to have had a great time. We made $l66.35 on the mock jail. One-half of this will go to the Big Brothers _ Association of P.E.l. Inc. Big Brothers very nicely donated us the jail for, the afternoon. Thursday ~night with Sam Moon seemed to have been an enjoyable tIMe forteveryone. it was well attended with a crowd of over #00. The games pub was held Friday after- noon. Although n9t many took part, those who did, had a good time. The winners of the events are as follows: ia-llfest a Success These five people won a $25. gift certificate for Pasqual's clothing. The Beer Chugging finals were held Friday evening at Guinness. The teams were: J) Gary Robbins, Dave ’ Robbins, Barry McLeod, and Brian Landry. 2) Steve Drummond, Barry walSh, Larry McAdam, and Patrick McSweeny. The winners were team no. l. They each won a T-shirt donated by Russell Stewart of the UPEI book- store. Guinness was well attended with a crowd of ove r l600 . On Saturday afternoon a football game between Dalhousie's Bronson House and UPEI's Marion Hall kicked off the day's adventures. Needless to between the two universities. First the girls chugged and Dal won. won again, it was only by a split second. The biggest event for a lot of people was the Fall Fest Co‘Ed. It was very well attended with a full house at the Showboat. Everyone there looked very nice all dressed up and seemed to have had a wonderful time.’ I'm sure it will be a night to remember for many.
