The final dash was criticised by many for the slow performance of the horses up until the last quarter. but that quarter made up for everythlng as they were practically heads apart when they hit the wire-time, 2.17, last quarter in 30 4x'5 seconds. Another trotter that was admired in this race was Jimmie A., with owner Rccves up, that was 2i-id the last hcat.
