N pursuance of an Act of the General Assembly 1 of this Island, made and passed in the Twenty- t'ourth year of the reign of Her Majesty. Queen Vic- toria, intituled, “ An Act relating to the Land Assess- ment at, present imposed by Law on the Town and Rov- nlty of Princetown,” and also of an Act made and passed in the Twenty-seventh year of the same reign, intituled, “An Act to consolidate and amend the Sever- al Laws imposing an Assessment on all Lands in this Colony, and for the encouragement of Education,” I do hereby give Public Notice that I have made procla- clamation according to the terms of the said Acts, of all the undermentioned Town Lots, \Vater Lots. Common Lots, Pasture Lots, Islands, or parts of Islands, Town- ships, or parts of Townships, in this Island. in arrcar for the non-payment of the several sums due and owing thereon to Her Majesty. under and by virtue of the above mentioned Acts, viz :—
