The game wasn't very old before you knew that these Fiqics were a far crv from teams that came down from the Dll‘ base earlier in the League schedule. They were skating “CH and checking fiercely and giving the Baby Birds lilllf‘ opportunity to get any attack organized.

We particularly liked the way they got the rubber out of their own end. They were not passing blindly on to enemy sticks. They were making sure the disc was getting to waiting Airmen outside their own blueline.
