All the Leasehold Interest of said James Burke, in a Shipyard at Rollo Bay. aforesaid, containing about One acre and a—half, bounded on the east by the road leading to the North Side, west by James A. Leasehold Interest of the said James Burke, in and to Sixty—seven acres of Land, on Lot Fifty-six, bounded as follows:~—-Commencing in the rear of Valentino Needham’s farm. at the wester- nmost line. and running from themes due north to Fortune Bay, and from thence along the various courses of the shore, east to the line of the Town- ship, and from thence south along the line of the lot, until it meets James Collin‘s northernmost boun- dary line, which said land is held by the said James Burke. by lease from the late Hon. Thomas Heath I‘Iaviland Also certain Ship Timbers, now lying in the Shipyard, or piece of ground ﬁrst above described.
