Clean the rhubarb and trim it, then cut into desired lengths. Pack into sterilized jars and till to over- flowing with water that has been boiled and cooled. Adjust the tops and seal the jars tightly immed- lately. Store in a cool dry place. Some people merel use cold water from the tap or caanmz rhubarb by this method. but when water is first boiled and cooled, greater success i-s insured.
