Farewell, to thee, tny mother, I’m going far away; Farewell my little brother, I can no longer stay :

Ihear my Saviour calling me To cotne unto his breast,

‘1 long to leave this world of pain And seek my final rest.

I’m going where tny father 80 lately went before,

Oh, lay me down beside him, And We will part no more.

I long to see my father’s face, And hear his pleasant mice

We shall be happy, mother, And in Jesus‘ love. rejoice.

Dear mother you have tended tne In sickness and in pain;

I grieve to leave you, but I hope \Ve soon shall meet again.

I hear the angels singing, I see my Saviour come; Oh, let me go, dear mother, Tomy eternal home.

A REGGAE—A nobleman. travelling'in Scotland, was asked for. altos, in the High Street of Edinburgh, by a little rag- ged boy ; he said he had no change, up- on which the boy otl'ert-d to procure it.
