N the matter of an application for execution, to be

_ issued against the lands of George Leonard, of Lot No. Four, in Prince County, in Prince Edward Island. Farmer, deceased. and all his former right. title. and iuterest therein. under the provisions of the Act of the General Assembly of the said Island, passed in the 24th year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, .intitucd “ An Act in amendment of. and in addition to. the acts relating tojudgments entered of Record in the Supreme Court of Judicature,” upon a certain jud xment entered of Record in the said Court. in a cause wherein James Reid is Plaintiff, and the said George Leonard, Defendant.

Whereas application hath been made to this Court on the par: of the EXecntors of the said James Reid, the Plaintiff, stating that the sums of Fifty-two pounds Eighteen shillings and Seven-pence, debt. and Three pounds costs, together with interest on the said £52 183. 7d,, are due and owing on. and secured by, a. certain judgment entered of Record against the said George Leonard, in or about Trinity Term, A. D. 1863. for the sum of One hundred pounds Ten shillings. debt, and the said sum oi Three pounds, nests of' suit. and erecution on such judgment hath been moved for on behalf of the said. the Executors of the said James Reid. the. Plaintiff.

It is Ordered, That unless all or some of the persons interested in the lands formerly belonging to the said George Leonard. deceased, shall. on the First day of Hilary Term next, at Charlottetown, come forward and show cause why execution should not be lSSued upon the aforesaid judgment, as prayed for. then eXecution will be issued against the. lands, tenements. and heredita- ments of the. said George Lennard. deceased, in pursu- ance of the Act of the General Assembly of Prince Edward Island, passed in the 24th year of the reign of Her present Majesty, intituled “ An Act in amendment of, and in addition to, the acts relating to judgments entered of Record in the Supreme Court of Judicature.”

Rollo Bay, (hereinafter particularly described) on Friday. the 17th day of December next. at 12 o’clock. noon. pursuant to an order made by the Hon. Charles Young. Judge of the Insolvent chtors’ Court, all tho Estate Term. and Interest. of the. said James Burke and of the subscriber as his Assiguee of, and in the following pieces of Land :—

1. All the. Leasehold Interest of said James Burke. in a Shipyard at Rollo Bay. aforesaid, containing about one. acre and a-hulf. bounded on the cast by“ the road loading to the North Side, west by James A. David- son’s land, on the north by the fence bounding Wm. R. Burke’s land, and on the south by the shore of Rollo Bay, and fronting five chains on the shore of Rollo Buy, and extending back by parallel lines to said fence.

2. All the Leasehold Interest of the said James Burke, in and to Sixty-seven acres of Land, on Lot Fifty six, bounded as follows:v—Commencing in the rear of Valentine Necdham’s farm, at the wester- nmost line. and running from thence duo north to Fortune Buy, and from thence along the various courses of the. shore, cast to the line of the Town- ship. and from thence south along: the line of the lot, until it meets James Coﬁin’s northernmost boun- dary line. which said land is held by the said James Burke. by lease from the late. Hon. Thomas Heath IIavilund. Also certain Ship Timbers, now lying in the Shipyard, or piece of ground first above described.
