Cattle were slow and other class- es o! livestock were unchanged. l

Fresh receipts were made up o!) mostly cows of common w mediumr quality. Medium quality cows were $4.25 to $5 with common butchers from $3.50 to $4. Canners and cut-i ters were mostly $3. Common bulls made $4 to $4.50 with iiechy bulls‘ up to $5_ ,

Veal calves were from $8.50 to $11. There were no tom. The bulk o! the veais were between $9.50 and $l0_25. Grassers were mostly $5.

A few good lambs made $10 and sheep $4.25 to $5.

Bacon hogs were $9.35, ted and watered. Select; drew $1 premium with the regular cuts on oi! grades. Sows were $6.50 to $7. Hogs sold on "111 grade brought $12.40 hot Weight.

On Maritime markets rail grade
