EALED TENDERS will be received at this Office until

12 O’clock, on WEDNESDAY. the lst day of APRIL

next, for the conveyance over the above written Ferry, of

Passengers and their Luggage, Horses, Cattle, Sheep, and

Swine; "also for Agricultural Produce and Vehicles. from

the hour of sun-rise and until sun-set in each day, during

the open season, for a period of three lyears, from the 1st day of May next ensuing.

The names of two sufficient securities, for the due execu- tion of this service, are required to acmmpany Tenders. which must be marked on their covers—"Tenders for China Point Ferry.”

Cattle, Sheep, Calves, Swine, Grain, Flour, Meal, and Vegetables, over and across SouthJVest River, New London, in terms of the Act Three, \Vill. IV., cap. 8.

The Tender must express the rate of Ferriage demanded on the above severally, and be accompanied by the names of two good securities. willing to become bound for the due performance of the service. Tenders must express on the covers—“Tender for South-\Vest River. New London.”

EPARATE SEALED TENDERS will be received at this Office until WEDNESDAY. the 1st day of APRIL next, at 12 o'clock.noon, from any person or persons Willing to contract for the Ferry at Ellis River, Lot 14, for three years from the lst day of June next, in terms of the Act 3, Will. 4, cap. 8.

The Tender must express the rates of Ferriage demanded for Passengers, Horses, Cattle, Sheep, Calves and Swine; also for Vehicles, Luggage, per hundred weight, and Pro- duce per bushel.

The Government will not be bound to accept the lowest tender. Contractor to find security to provide a good and sufficient Scow and Boats, and keep them in repair at his own expense.

APRIL next, offering to contract for three years from the

lst day of May next, to carry Passengers, Luggage, Horses,

Cattle, Calves, Sheep, Swine, Vehicles, Grain, Flour, Meal

and Vegetables, to, from, over and across the Ferry lying

and being at and between McEwen’s \Vharf on the South,

and McEachem’s Wharf on the North side of Elliot River,

in terms of the Act 3, Will. 4, cap. 8, for licensing and re- gulating Ferries. ,

Tenders must express the rate of Ferriage demanded on each of the above. and give the names of two securities for the due performance of the service.

Tenders must express on the envelopes—“Tender for Elliot Ferry."
