Tenders for a Sailing Packet between Charlottetown, Shediac and Cascumpec.

‘EALED TENDERS will be received at this Office until WEDNESDAY, the 20th day of MAY next, at 2 o‘clock, p. m. from any person or persons being Willing to furnish the Government witha fast-sailing, Staunch, substantial VESSEL, of not less than 50 tons burden, O. M.. having good cabin accommodations for passengers, and being sufficiently matured, and fully and properly equipped and apparled, and subject in all things to the approval of the Government. The said VeSsel to he required to run once a fortnight betWeen the ports of Charlottetown, Shediac, and Cascumch. from the first day of JUNE next, until the 3lst day of DECEMBER. or the close of navigation in the present year. 1868.

The Tender is required to name the age. tonnage. rig and accoinodations of the vesscl tendered, and also the sum which the 'I‘enderer will engage to perform the whole term of service for; and further, also, the names ofttvo personsot known responsibility. who will become bound for the due performance of the service. All freight and pasSage money to be the property of the owner of the Vessel. The Tender is required to express on its cover; " Tender for Charlottetown, Shediac and Cascumpec Packet Service.

The Government is not bound to accept the lowest Tender. '
