HALIFAX (CF)-Wreckage of a Lancaster bomber that crashed with nine men aboard in Labra- dor's frosen wilds more than 4 I-2 months ago has been sighted by s sharp-eyed airlines pilot.

ROME. (AP)--Italy's political c-ri- sis is shaping up as a far more serious threat to national stability than was appreciated immediately after the June 7-8 general election.

A pro-Western coalition of the Christian Democrats, social Demo- crats. Liberals and Republicans squeaked through the election with a 16-seat majority in the Chamber of Deputies and I3-seat. majority in the senate.

Many Italian politicans douiit these are workable majorities in Italy, even though they might seem secure in France or Britain. The new Parliament meets, Thursday.
