Robert Longworth and Henry Jones Cundall, Exet-utors ot' the last Will and Testament of William Doase, deceased against William Crews, I have taken and seized asthe property of the said “'illiam Crews, all the Right, Title, and Freehold Interest of the said William Crew’s in and to One hundred and sixty acres of land, little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thcrcunto belonging. situate on Lot 31, in Queen’s County;'and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on Tuesday, the Twelfth day of November, 1867, at 12 o‘clock noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in said County, set up and sell at Public Auction the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being two hundred and ninety-six pounds ten shillings and ten pence, debt and_costs, (£296 103 10d.) with interest on two hundred and eighty-ﬁve paunds fourteen shillings and» five pence (£285 143 5d.) from the 13th day of December, 1866, until paid, be- aidos Sherid‘s fees and incidental expenses.

and improvements thereon, sntuate at Blue Shank, 1368‘ or Township No. 19, adjoining the farm in possession of James Connels; also all- the right, title and Lease- hold interest of the said Alexander Waugh in and to a Building Lot, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate on Water Street. in Suin‘inerside, ud- joining the residence of Harry C. Green, Esq. ; also all the right, title and interest of the said Alexander \Vaugh in and to a Bpilding Lot situated on the corner of Water and South Streets. in Summerside aforesaid. at present in the occupation of the said Alexander Waugh and divers other tenants; all of the above property being in Prince County; and I do hereby give Public Notice thatI will, on the 25th day of January. 1868. at 12 o‘clock. noon. at the Court House, in St. EleanOr‘s in the said County, set up and sell. at Public Auction. the said Property, or as "Inch thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said Writ, being £274 33. 4d. cy.. with lawful interest on the sum of £271 33 4d. from the 14th January, 1867. until paid, also 163. 8d. for said writ, beside’s Sheriff's fees and incidental eXpenses.
