that they believe King was a victim of circumstances. Mary Driscoll said "I admit that we were in the wrong because everyone who applies for a position, should get an interview". Chris MacKinnon said that the board did their best to have the interview, but he
felt that the long weekend
was a bad time to have the interview. MacKirmon feels that the board should setup times available for inter-—
views as soon as positions are needed. Applicants should state the best time for them and the interviews should be longer than 10 minutes.
Driscoll feels that the personnel board could play an important role at UPEI if it was operated effecti— vely. She believes that the personnel board needs a set format with standardized questions, procedures and interviews to prevent future mix—ups.
