The Next Census

As 1900 is not so very far off, tho work of taking the census ought to be begun now. Even then, unless the work is completed mors expeditiously than the last one, it will not be made public before 1904. How would it do to take a rubber stamp and change the date on the 1890 censns and bave that answer for 1900? Then, by beginning pow on the one for 1910, that might be got out before the figures get faded.—Council Bluffs Nonpareil
