XXXII. All actions for the recovery of penalties or damages, enaccount ofthc misconduct or neglect of any deputy inspector, may be prosecuted either against such Deputy or the Chief Inspector, under whom he acts,“ who shall how; his remedy against the Deputy, either upon the bond given by him or by action on tlieicase tordninagos; and in every such action the judgment recovered against: the chiet in- speetor, shall be ewdence cat damages against such Deputy or his surettes, if thr deputy shall have had

due notice of the action brought against the Chief

Inspector.

XXXIII All pecuniary penalties imposed by this Act, may be recovered by and it] the name of any person who shall sue for the same and such penalties when recovered, shall be for the use and beneﬁt of

the party so suing.

XXXIV. Actions against Inspectors Ut their dc~ Puties, underthis Act,shall be brought in the County where the offence shall haw- been committed, and not elsewhere.
