Remembrance Day At Duecn Square '

The annual Bmembfunc: Day programme was held at Queen Square School yesterday mornlrlt; with Col. R. C. Chandler and Major Allison Rogers addressing the Pupils on the significance of the Poppy and of Remembrance Day. ,

A beautiful wreath. with e scroll containing the name o1‘ Queen Square's war dead was placed on the stage. Jack Weir, a pupil of Grade X reed the hon‘- our roll of former students who lhlde the supreme sacrifice.

A silent prayer was offered by the students in their memory.
