In addition to this amount of wool handled by the Sheep Breed- ers Assoclati . Mill Companies in the Province also handled mustan- tlal quantities the extant of which we have not been able to estimate. CONTROL OI‘ BUIRDOCKS

It is difficult to understand why farmers, through careless methods will allow a ten cent reduction per pound to take place in their wool when this can be easily avoided. The control of burdocks is not n difficult matter and regarding seeds in the wool this is usually a matter of carelessness on the part of the feeder.
