aggresive style of play. In his fourth year with the Panthers, the perennial league "All Star" is a graduate of the Ontario Major Jr. A League. This rugged performer is expected to provide the leadership needed by the Panthers in their quest for a MacAdam division title this

- year. Brian is a senior business administration student who plans on obtaining his CA following graduation this spring.

Trevor Crawford - Trevor is in his fourth year with the Panthers and is off to a'flying start this season with 7 goals and 4 assists. The mild mannered, capabele right winger has probably

the quickest and most accuarate shot on the team and is one of the league's premiere penalty killers. Trevor played his \junior hockey with Brockville Warriors of the Central Ontario

Jr. A league. Trevor expects to graduate in the summer of 82 with an arts degree and then enter the teaching profession.

Norman Beck Norman was the leading scorer (31 goals, 32 assists for 63 points) on the 1980—81 Panthers. He presently holds the record for IIDSt points in a season at UPEI. Before joining the Panthers Norman played for two years in the

Quebec Major'Jr. A. hockey league. This gifted natural goal scorer is being counted upon heavily l by the Panthers to provide the offense needed to. make the team a championship contender during

the next couple of seasons. A good student, Norman is enrolled in the sophmore arts program ans plans a future career in Guidiance Counselling. -

Bobby MacDonald ‘ The tall rangy forward was one of the most sought after high school graduates in the Maritimes last spring. A scoring sensation and perennial "All Star" with the Kensington Torchmen" during his high school years, this young seventeen year old looms large in the Panther player development program. Bobby has had a respectable first half season with the club and is being counted upon by the management to develop into a star performer before too long. This outstanding prospect is enrolled in the Freshman Arts program.

Garth Arsenault Garth played with the Sumnerside Crystals in 1979—80 and with the North River North Stars in 1980—81. He was the recipient of the Fookie of the Year Award while a Iranber of the Crystals and was selected the Most Valuable Player of the North Stars last season. Garth has been

a solid performer during the first half of the season with the Panthers and it is expected that he will develop into an offenseve scoring threat as the year progresses. A freshman Arts student, Garth is undecided as to his future plans.

Peter MacDonald Peter is in his second season with the hockey Panthers. Previous to his joining the Panthers, he played with the Sumnerside Crystals of the Island Junior Hockey league. In 1978—79 he was selected to the junior league's first team "All Star" centre position. A sophmore business student, Peter has also been

the goalkeeper for the varsity soccer club for the- past two years. Due to avvariety of reasons , (soccer commitments, sickness) Peter got off to

a slow start this season but is expected to

round into top form early in the new year“.
