Rangers Win Thriller

The New York Rangers backed up by thr sensational goal- tending of Jacques Plante out-skated and out-checked the Toronto Maple Leafs and earned a 1-0 decision, Saturday night. This was Plante‘s first NHL game this season. lie had been sent to Baltimore Clippers of the American Hockye Leagie (this season when Marcel Paille beat him out for the regular goaltendving job with the Blucshirts.
