S’side Woman Passes In P.Q.

SUMMERSIDE — The death occurred suddenly in Montreal General Hospital Tuesday of Mrs. Allan Elder. Summerside. in her 37th year. She had been vacationing with her husband and son Layne in Quebec.

Her husband, Cpl.. David Al- len Elder, is a member of th e RCAF stationed at Summerside and is formerly from Saskatch- ewan.

Corporal and Mrs. Elder and their eight-year-old son Layne, were spending a holiday at the home of the former’s brother at Senneterre. P.Q. when Mr 3. Elder became suddenly ill. She was flown to the Montreal Hos- pital Sunday evening but was not believed to be in serious condition.

Cpl. Elder phoned Mrs. der’s parents. Mr. and Mr Everett Simmons. Summerside East, Sunday night stating he and Layne would return by car
