A dra-wing then took place for an exchange of Christmas gifts to be given before Christmas each size to the value of 50 cents. It was dc- cided that all entitled to draw for the usual trip to St Annes in Que- bec had to attend the June mr-etrng when the drawing will take place.

--The Darnley and Sea View Auxiliary met at the home of Mrs. Fulton Simmons for the November meeting. The worship service was followed in the Missionary Month- iy. the theme being "One in Chris " Mrs. Simmons was the ”Lcndcr," with Mrs. Harry Crnzicr assisting.
The hymn. 184. "The Churchts one Foundation" was sung. The Scripture reading was taken from St. John 11: 20-23. Mrs. Colin Don-
ald then led in prayer. Several members gave touching readings on "Peace."
Roll call was answered by eight members with vevrse on "Peace." three visitors were present. Min- utes of last meeting read and ap- proved. "Box committee reported box had been packed and sent. Letter was read from Verilicst C0.. regarding cards. Friendship sec- retary reported one sympathy card. fourteen hospital cards. two letters. six boxes. five sick calls, two cards, four shut-in cards. four treats. Offering was taken and ded- icnted.
Mrs. Simmons had charge of study book assisted by Mrs. A .VlacKay. Hymn 262 "In Christ There is no East or West" was sung. Lord's Prayer and Mizpah Bened- iction elosed the meeting.
THE DARNLEY AND SEA VIEW MISSION BAND
The regular monthly meeting of Darnley and Sea View Mission Band met at the home of Mrs. Lloyd Adams for the November meeting. The singing of hymn 507. "safe in the Arms of Jesus" open- ed the meeting. The sist Psalm was then read in unison.
Mrs. Simmons then led in pray- er. The members purpose was rc- ported together followed by the Lord's Prayer. Hymn 500 "Tilin- Time To Be Holy" was then siinz. Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. Eight inchi- bers answered roll call with a com- mandment.
