ANCHORAGE. Alaska. Nov. 2'?- (AP)-A dozen or more - barges carrying millions of dollars worth of cargo for the United states Military sea. Transport service have been sunk or lost in Bering Sea winter storms.

One of the vessels is believed to have fallen into Russian hands. The heaviest damage was caused Nov. 10 by gusts up to 86 miles per hour which ripped barges from moorings and separated them from tugs at sea.
