The following Will be the District limits and numerical order of the Companies of the above Regiment:
No.1 Company—Captain W. D. McNeill. Precincts-- The whole of TOWnship No. 23, from the sea shore

No. 2 Company f———Captain Stephen McCallum. Pro- cincts—Township No. 33, from the Kentyre Road to north shore; the whole breadth of the Town- ship.
No. 3 Company :—-Captaiu John MeGougan. Pre- cincts—Let 33. from the Royalty Road to the Ken- tyre Road; the whole breadth of the Township.
No. 4 Company z—Captain W. S. McNeill. Precincts-v Lot 24. commencing at the boundary line between Townships Nos. 23 and 24, on the Cavendish shore, following the coast round Rust-ion harbor, up the bay to the said Township line, and thence north on the said line and Rustico Bay.
No. 5 Compnny:—Captain James Rodd. Precincts— Commencing at the Road leading to Toronto Settle- ment, taking the whole breadth of the Township; also to the boundary of Lot 23 to South Rustico, including both sides of New Glasgow Road, to the boundary of Lot 23; also to boundary line of Lot 22. at Hazlcgrove.
No. 6 Company :v—Captain Richard E. Bagnall. Pre- cincts—From Simiono Point, extending west of the Township line. and all north of the Buffalo, on to New Glasgow.
No. 7 Company :—-»Cuptain Peter \VilsOn. Precincts—- Commencing at the Township line. New Bolts, tak- ing both sides of the New Glasgow Road, to Biddy l’etnbroolt’s, and from the Township line, near James Coles’ old farm, both sides of the Rustico Road, to the Portash Road.
No. 8 Company :—Capt. Donald McKay. Precincts—— From thatly River Bridge, to Biddy Pembrook's, on the New Glasgow Road; again from Wheatly liver Bridge, along the crooked creek Road to \V. Matlicu'son"s Mill, inclusive, including those on the north and south side, and the settlement in the rear, that and New Glasgaw Road; also, from \Vheatly River Bridge to Buffalo Road, on the Glasgow, north and South side; also, those on the Hungary Town Road to Joseph Gallant’s.

SECRETARY’S ()rru 'l~l. - July 2|, lb‘b‘tfi. COLONIAL RIFLE COMPETITION. DETAILED REGULATIONS.
The Colonial Rifle Competition will take place on Thursday and Friday, the 13th and 14th of August next.
Two Ranges. at 200 and :600 yards. Five shots at each Range. Standing position at the first, kneeling or standing at the last. ’
Ties shall fire one shot at the longest range until the best shot shall be returned. .
A Medal granted bycthe National Rifle Association, will accompany the first prize. One competitor will be allowed for every ten men, on the effective strength of each company.
The firing shall be conducted in accOrdance with the regulations of the School of Musketry at Ilythe.
V,No ’other Rifles to be used but the long- or short Enfield. ,,
Every Competitor who tails to score 9 at the 200 yards’ range, will be disqualified from further compe- tttion.
The Competitors will assemble at the Rifle Range, 'at 9 o’clock. a. In. Each Company to be provided with a nominal Roll of its Competitors. The order of firing will he decided by lot.
Regulations for the all-Comers’. and other prizes, will be published on the Spot.
All disputed points shall be finally decided by the umpires, appointed by His Excellency the Commander— in-Chief.
An Otiicer shall be appointed to take command of all. who may assemble to compete for the prizes. and main- tain order and discipline on the field.
No member of a Company that has received clothing, will be admitted to compete. who does not appear on the ground complete in his Military Clothing and Equipments. ;
