I IS Excellency the Lieutenant Governor in Council was this day pleased to fix and determine the rate at which the amount of the invoice of Dutlable Goods, imported into this Island from the Ullltcd States of America, shall, in cs- timating the duties payable thereon, be reduced into current money of this Island, as follows :—

In all cases where such Invoices shall be made out in Dol- lars and cents of the paper currency of the United States, the amount of such Invoice shall be reduced into current money of this Island. by allowing for each Dollar the sum of FOUR SIIILLINGS AND SIX-I’ENCE, and m the like proportion for any fraction of a Dollar, of which all Collectors of Impost are to take notice and govern them- selves accordingly.
