Are the people of Saskatchewan so different in morals and. manners as to require two separate boards? The prop- osition is absurd of course. . . There is really no need for more than one board of film censors in Canada, as in Britain. if we are to have cen- sors. Stretchlng a point to allow for some of Quebec's peculiar ideas, perhaps Quebec is entitled to one itself. But to maintain eight is less excusable than having eight milkmen call at nine homes. We can't do without at least one milk- man."

In- cluding some of minor importance, the country has come safely through ten-periods of depression —-eleven counting this one-in the lust 100 years.
