Bruce Stewart, against l‘cter Mellroy, l have taken and seized as the property of the said Peter Mellroy, All the right, title and lcaseh .-ld interest ofthc said Peter )lcllroy. in and to Fifty acres of Land, more or less. situate on Lot 30, on the Line lload, bounded as fol~ lows :—boundod on the East by the Line Road, so called. on the West by the Elliot River, on the North by land oe~ copied by Archibald MeNivcn, and on the South by land occupied by Angus McFadyen, together with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, in Qucen’s County: and I do hereby give public notice. that I will, on Thurs- day, the 28th day of February, 1867, at 12 o'clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £16 11s. 7d , and 16s. 8d. for this writ, be- sides Sheriff‘s fees and incidental expenses.

Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Robert Bruce Stewart against Bernard 'l‘oole, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Bernard Tools, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Bernard Toole, in and to Ninety acres of Land, more or less, situate on Lot 30, on the Green Road, bounded as follows : commencing at a stake set at the South-west angle 0sz tract of land originally leased unto John Cairns; thence along the. Eastern boundary lines of said tract unto a tract of land leased unto John White; thence along the Southern boun- dary of said tract, to the East side of the Appin Road, so called ; thence along said read one hundred chains, or to the Green Road, so called ; thence along said read to the place of commencement, together with the buildings and appnr tenances thereunto belonging, in Queen’s County: and I do hereby give public notice. that I will, on Thursday, the 28th day of February, 1867, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £64 8s. 6d., and 168. 8d. for this writ, besides Sheriff‘s fees and
