RHODES SCHOLARSHIPS _Eleven Rhodes scholar- ships are now open for Canadian students

and will be awarded late in November. Applications must be in by October 25 1980

These scholarships are tenable at the Univer—

imsity of Oxford,England,

and the value is 36,000 (poundster year.They are granted for two

years with the possibility

of a third year. Scholars may follow courses of their own- choice.They are re- quired to go to

Oxford in October 1980.
