Passengers and their Luggage, llorscs, Cattle, Sheep,'and

Swine; also for Agricultural Produce and Vehicles. from

the hour of sun-rise and until sun-set in each day, during

the open season, for a period of three iyears, from the 1st day of May next ensuing. '

The namcs'of two sutlicient securities, for the due execu- tion of this service, are required to acCOmpany Tenders, which must be marked on their covers—“Tenders for China l’oint Ferry." '

The Government will not be bound to accept the lowest tender. Contractor to find security to provide a. good and sufficient Scow and Boats, and keep them in repair at his own expense.
