'BY Virtue of a Writ of Statute Execution to me - directed, iSSued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of' Judicature, at the suit of Alexander Ross, against John Coiley and Donald McDonald, I have taken and seized us the preperty of the said John Coiley and Donald McDonald, All the right. title and freehold interest in and to all that tract of land on the Grand Rit’er Road, on Township No. fifty- six, in King’s County. and bounded as follows:— on the West by the line between Townships No. fifty- five and fifty-six; on the North by land owned and. (iCCupied by Roderick McLeod; on the East by the Bay Fortune Road, and on the South by land owned by Norman Shaw; containing one hundred acres. a little more or less, in King’s County ; and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will. on Tuesday, the sixth day of September, A. D. 1870. at twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Georgetown. in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the above recited pro- perty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the Said writ, being for the sum of one hundred and twenty-four pounds thirteen shillings and four-pence, besides Sliei‘itf’s fees. poundage and all incidental ex- pcnses. East to the said bank or shore, thence following the various courses of the said bank or shore Eastwardly to the place of commencement, Containing 33 acres. a little more or less, in King’s County; and I do hereby give Public Notice, thatI will, on Monday, the fourth day of September, A.
