The premier said Quebec will leave 29 shared-cost programs under the so—called contracting- nut procedure. During the cur- rent fiscal year it is estimated the federal government will spent $218,000,000 in Quebec on the 29 plans. ,

The province participates in 46 programs. The total federal contribution to them is $284,000.
