The oldest name in U.S. auto- mobile production is halting its manufacturing at South Bend. Ind., and will move to Hamil- ton in an attempt to turn losses into profits.

The company announced last Monday that production. which will be curtailed. will be shifted entirely to its Hamilton plant.
