Professor Arthur Garfield Webster of St. Peters Bay was found guilty by Madam Justice Jacqueline R. Matheson on Oct 4/91 |

The conviction follows charges that between Sept 1/72 and Dec 31/77 Webster was trafficking in narcotics (cannabis resin, hash, and cannabis marijuana)

Webster was found guilty of supplying drugs to three children ranging in age from 9 to 11 and continuing to supply the children up to their teens

-~Crown: What can you remember about the first time that you consumed those narcotics? -Witness: Well I remember smoking them with Mr. Webster. -Crown: Mr. Webster, is that Arthur Garfield Webster? “Witness: Yeah

=-Crown: And you'd be obtaining hash from other individuals besides Mr. Webster?

“Witness: Yeah

Professor Webster appealed and Was released on Oct 15 awaiting

the appeal decision.
