litany will learn with deep regret, of the death of John M. Walsh on April 13th, 1921. Although strikan with pneumonia hopes were en- tertained for- his recovery, but des- pite all that loving care and medi- cal skill could do was done. During his illness he was visited frequent- y by his beloved pastor the Rev. Father Duffy. who administered to him the last rites of the Catholic Church. The deceased was in the 25th, year and was a young man of sterling qualities held ' in high esteem by all who had the pleasure of his acquaintance. Death at any time ls sad, but in this case it is still sadder when only two months ago his father passed way. John will be greatly miss- ed ln the home circle where be was a great favorite. He leaves to mourn besides a lnrge circle of friends and relations a sorrowing mother trwo brothers and three sisters. The brothers are: Ben- jamin and Joseph, the sisters being, Mrs. Charles McGulgan, Au- nie and Mary. The funeral took place on Friday morning, April l5 to St. Michael's Church, lonn and was largely attended. A high Mass of Requiem was celebrated by Rev. Fr. Duffy, Parish Priest.
