MacEachern who canle to the Cell- idh on the express invitiation of the Caledonian Club to receive a certif- icate of Life Membership of the Club. (It may be recalled that the Bishop was the guest and speaker at the Caledonian Club's St. And- rew's Dinner last fall in Charlotte- town Hotel).

The Club presillenl. Clansman J. 0-C. Campbell, Q.C., made the presentation and the Bishop replied in a short appropriate speech ex- pressive of his pleasure at being able to be present. ilis duties were specially numerous at present be- cause of his recent absence from

this occasion of the last Ceilidh be- tore his departure for an extended visit to Scotland. Chief Macl.eod and Mrs. MacI..eod will be the guests of -Dame Flora MacLeod at Dunvegan Castle, Isle of Skye in the Hebrides, Scotland.

They will carry messages of good will from the Caledonian Club and the gift of an excellent picture. a large coloured photograph of a RE. 1. scene, the work of Craswell, Charlottetown. Clansman Campbell on behalf of the Club wished Clans- man Chief McLeod and his wife. bon voyage and a safe return.

Two splendid and topical pictures were then shown. the first film was entitled, "The Croftera". finely des- criptive of the highland life of small croftlng in Scotland and I tround-up' of the scattered flocks of sheep on the steep mountain sides, the ...':...... dipping, the wool- clipping. and the separation of the ewes from the flock; before send- ing the wool Ind sheep to southern markets.
