Twenty candidates received the degree of B.A. Among them were incinded the following:—Damiel Rebert Chowen, Winsloe; Samue} Burns Eoman, Pownal; and Miss Annie Sprague, Summerside who was valedictorian.

The degree of M. A. was conferred on eight former B, A’s, Miss Bessie Abexander Stanhope, (B. A. 96) being one of them.

The degree of D. C, L. was conferred on the Hon A. McClelan, Lieut-Governor of New Brunswick, an old Sackville student. He delivered an address in which be spoke in bigh terme of Mount Allison College and the exceilent epportunities enjoyed by the young pcople of the present day.
