IS Honor the Administrator of the Government in Council has been pleased to make the follow- ing appointments, viz:

Allan E. McDoagall, Esquire, to be a Commissioner of the Court for the recovery of Small Debts, at Char- lottetown, in the place of the Honourable Daniel l-lrenan, resigned.

Andrew Mitchell, Esquire, to be a. Commissioner of the Court for the recovery of Small Debts, at Charlotte- town, in the place of John Trenaman,Esquire, deceased.

Mr. Edward Grant, of Township No. 50, to be a. Commissioner of the Court for the recovery of Small Debts, established for Townships Nos. 48, 49 and 50, in the place of Allan E. McD0ugall, Esquire.

Edgar Craswell, Esquire, to be a Commissioner of the Court for the recover of Small Debts, at Saint Eleanor’s, in the place ofJohn Haszard, Esq.. resigned.

rections, hereby appoint Friday, the Twenty-third day of

April next. at the Court House, in Charlottetown, at Eleven

o’clock in the forenoon, as the time and place for meeting of

the creditors of the said Thomas Sheidow, for the purpose of examining into the state of his affairs, and considering the terms of a compromise to be offered by him under the said

Act.
