HE Minister of Finance for the Dominion vf Canada, is authorized to receive ten- ders for a loan of $4,000,000 currency bonds, bearing interest from the Ist November, 1883 at the rateof 4 per centum per annum, pay- able half yearly onthe Ist May and Ist November of each year, at his office, in the Finance Department, Ottawa.
