Road Compensationiotice.

WHEREAS a Commission has been issued, directed to us, under and by virtue ofan Act passed in the Fourteenth year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, in- tituled " An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways,” and of the Acts in amendment thereof, whereby we are commanded to inquire what damage or advantage will accrue to the parties through whose land a new line of road is intended to pass, leading through the farm of David Milligan to Conway Inlet, Townships Nos. 11 and 12:

Now, we do hereby give public notice to all partiesinterested, that we will commence the execution of said Commission, by attending at David Milligan’s, on MONDAY, the 19th day of AUGUST, at the hour of 10 o’clock, forenoon of the same day, and from thence we will proceed along the said new line of road, and complete the Commission according to law.

PUBLIC NOTICE.

HEREAS a Commision, bearing date the 6th day ofJuly instant, has been issued to us under and by virtue of an

Act passed in the 14th year of the reign ofHer present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “ an Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways,” and the Act in amendment thereof, whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advan- tage that may accrue to those persons who are interested in the land through which a certain new Road is intended to pass, leading from Saint Peter’s Road to the Shipyard of Mr. Alexander Hayden : Now we do hereby give Public Notice to

all persons concerned that we will commence the execuition of

the said Commission, by attending at the house of the said Alexander Hayden, in Township number Thirty-six, on Monday, the 26th day of August next, at the hour of ten o'clock in the forcnoon of the said day, and proceed along the said intended new line of Road, and complete the said Commission according to law.
